Whom do we contact?

LYL BCM (LYL Corp International) (https://lylbcmtraining.com/) only contacts individuals who specifically request communication, sign up for our free newsletters, or purchase one of our certification or training products.

What information do we collect?

LYL BCM (LYL Corp International) collects information in two categories:

1. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

  • Name and e-mail address – provided when you register to receive our free newsletters.

  • Clear GIFs (Pixel Tags / Web Beacons) – Tiny, invisible graphics used with cookies to track website performance and advertising effectiveness. These do not include PII.

How do we store your email information?

Your email information (name and address) is stored securely on the list server that delivers LYL BCM newsletters. Only authorized personnel can access this information.

All newsletters include an unsubscribe link. You can remove yourself from our newsletters at any time.

  • If you purchased a product, you may still receive necessary transactional emails related to your purchase.

  • If you are an affiliate partner, you may continue to receive affiliate program communications.
